Soft Laser Therapy
What is Frequency Modulated Light Response?
what’s so neat about it is light changes that instantaneously because it affects all four dimensions, and with the use of the light, we’re using a column of light–a linear beam of extruded light–passing it through an electromagnetic field, which we’ll go into a little bit later as well, allowing it to be changed, like those two tops spinning on themselves in opposite positions, and then bombarding a diamond, and it passing through a diamond, it creates a form of energy that, even to this point, we were talking the other day, we cannot completely describe what it is coming out of the laser–out of the… We know what the light coming out of the laser is, we know what the light, as it begins to enter the columniation center, is, but what the light and the energy that’s emitted off the end–it’s got a characteristic that really doesn’t fit our models at this point. But what’s amazing about it is it creates a cloud of energy that’s extruded.
FM Light Response Is A Continuous Laser That Is Actually Rotating
Royal Rife had that cloud of energy and it was like you were bumping in to, and he knew if he could bump in to it, it would help you. But what if you were to take that cloud of energy and just emulse, and this is where is where Dr. Edgar Cayce said, if we could go inside the tube and be treated, the treatment would be complete, because now, instead of having it bumping in to it, it would be encompassing us. And the unique thing about laser-emitting light is that it forms an extrusion of the light as it passes through the diamond it changes it character. But we have a column of light that continues–that’s actually rotating. And it’s more three-dimensional. And what’s unique about it is that lights, if the women here look at your diamond, it looks really pretty because it’s a parabolic reflector–all your light in the room is reflected back at you. And so it looks really pretty. What’s unique is in order to get light to go through a diamond, it the diamond or the light? Light would seem obvious has to be moving at the speed of light. In this room the lights aren’t moving at the speed of light; that’s why it’s reflected back at you. And as a result of it, the effects of the diamond are different. And so as we pass the light through the diamond, because we’ve changed the characteristic of the light as it’s going through the instrument, it creates a form of energy that accesses all four dimensions. And we’ll go into it again later.
“Well we have now disproved the flat earth; we have created a planetary model that doesn’t match anything that we’ve done.” But you literally have to put all those aside to understand why the unit works the way that it works. The unit was designed around a concept even before I found Dr. Rife’s work, Royal Rife’s work, and Edgar Cayce’s work, around a concept that I knew: that when I was on the ocean floor at a 110 feet, that there was something unique about that environment that made me feel better. And I didn’t know whether it was the oxygen, saturation of the tissues at that depth, the nitrogen saturation of tissues, the pressure, the negating of gravitational pressure as we know it here, versus at a neutral setting, at that depth. The fact that skin and body density in sea water up to a depth of 110 feet are almost equal. And what was the unique thing about it–what it all came down to with all the studies that we did, was that it was the light. When water–the question was asked earlier about, “Why doesn’t light move at the speed of light?” Well, we know that it doesn’t move at the speed of light in this room. It’s mostly the water molecule in the air that bombards it and doesn’t allow for light to move at the speed of light, here in this room. The oxygen, and the makeup of the atmosphere. If it’s in a vacuum, it moves at the speed of light, or in a theoretical black hole. And a theoretical black hole, where it is being described as a gravitational field so intense that everything is drawn to it–we call it a black whole, but is it truly black? If you wanna make black with the colors of crayons, what do you do? Mix all the colors together. So we’re only perceiving one dimension of a rainbow that appears to be black. The aeronautics people, they have a term that they refer to as “flying into the glory.” And when you
In high school I wanted to be an engineer because I knew that the ocean floor, after being on the ocean floor, I felt better than I’d ever felt. I suffered with serious bouts of illnesses and headaches that I suffered from for more than 30 years of my life. I suffered with irritable bowel, colitis, prostititis, beginning stages of sigmoid and prostate cancer. I’ve had some serious illnesses. But I knew, even at a young age when I felt so bad, that if I dove, I felt better, but didn’t understand why. And it’s taken the rest of my life up to this point to put an understanding to why I was getting the results I was getting by doing.
And so I couldn’t build an environment like I wanted to do in high school, to live at 110 feet. So what this instrument does, is it creates a theoretic black hole. It creates a theoretical ocean floor that allows us to have the environment and the benefits of what is there at that depth. What we found is that it was the polarizing light effects of the water, and particularly the sea water. At that depth, as you go down in ocean, and I’ve got some pictures during lunch that I will put together for you all, and it shows the color gradient from the surface of the ocean, down to about 150 feet. And they’re not aided with flash, so there’s no artificial light there; it’s all the natural color of the ocean as you descend. And it’s like wearing polarizing sunglasses: the deeper you go, the longer wavelength of light, which are less intense, are filtered out. Red is the first to go. And you go down deeper, deeper, deeper, the only thing that can exist down at deeper depths are the purple and fuchsia. And the mariners refer to that, and Dick Zemark, as an oceanographer and marine biologist and all the ocean studies that he does, he refers to that as the celestial lights of the sea, and the heavenly lights of the sea. It’s those heavenly lights that are the only thing that can penetrate to that depth. But we found that it was the light that had more to do with us decontaminating ourselves and fixing the problem, than it was the pressure, the oxygen, or anything else. And with the use of lasers and the technologies that I was seeing that we could merge, we could replicate that column of light. Everyone’s seen a sunbeam after a rainy day, come through the cloud–that’s an example of polarized light. That’s why we see the rainbow. We take light, run it through the refractor of the water, and it separates it into all of its colors. Well, that’s we’re doing. We’re creating a rainbow, an ocean floor effect, “into the glory” flight, not on the ocean floor or out in space. And that bombardment of that light allows the body to determine how it’s going to use these elements again. It already knows–your internal intelligence, your spirit, knows how to govern the DNA to make it read properly. It was given to you. It can’t express itself because the bombardment of bad light. The bombardment of light that had resulted in contaminations. And we’ll go more into that, if not this afternoon, tomorrow–on the different metals and how they effect us and, clinically, where we’re getting exposures to it, or from, and what systems they do effect–so that you can have sort of a tell-tale sign of,
. We are specifically here tonight to know more about the concept of resonance, and that is associated with a guy by the name of Royal Raymond Rife. He developed a process known as Mortal Oscillatory Rate. In other words, he determined what the Mortal Oscillatory Rate of every object would be, and I’ll give a little ground work on resonance to lead you up to that.
Resonance in itself is such that if you strike an object with either an electrical impulse, or a mechanical impulse, or a light impulse at its resonant frequency, you can set up a rate at which it will oscillate, at a rate at which it will vibrate so violently, that unless there is a damping factor it will in fact destroy itself. This damping factor is a factor called quality factor, or “Q,” the Q of a circuit. If the Q is extraordinarily high, then this vibration can exceed the physical limits of the object. I know that all of you have probably read about or heard about the vibration that was set up on a bridge by a little dog as he trotted across the bridge. Well, the little dog just happened to have the right rate that the bridge was resonant to, and brought the bridge down, literally. That is a physical phenomenon, it does happen, it will happen, unless there are vibration dampers put on things to eliminate this. Now, in the process that we’re talking about, Rife, who was born in the late 1800s, studied both medicine and engineering. He was very interested in electrical engineering, which was in its infancy at the time. He was very interested in mechanical engineering. And he got proficient in both fields. He was a practicing physician and he always felt that there was a sense that he could do more with oscillation. He had studied it thoroughly; he understood it, and he felt that the body itself was a resonant object. That if he were to strike the body at a certain rate, then he could bring it into harmony with the earth, or he could take it away from harmony with the earth. And rather than do the body in mass, he took samples–I mean, his object was to relieve people of their problems–such as cancer and viruses and pneumonias, and all of these dread diseases that people were having. Now this was in the 20s and 30s, so medicine, too, was in its early stages. But he would take–he developed a very powerful microscope and he would take a slice of a cell, a tissue sample, and he would apply an impulse to that cell, and with this very powerful microscope, he would observe as he changed the rate of the impulse that he was applying to the cell. And sure enough, as he approached a certain frequency, the cell that he was examining would literally blow up–or destroy itself. And he did this with pneumonia, with cancer of…different types of cancer, and he literally, in each and every case, found a specific frequency that he could make this cell destroy itself because the Q, or the quality factor, of a cancer cell is extremely high–in other words, it grows very rapidly–it has almost no resistance to it. So, whenever you apply this resonant rate to a cancer cell, it blows itself apart very quickly.
Now, he didn’t just go out to Radio Shack and buy a signal generator, because there were no signal generators. So, in order to get the frequency that he was Hewlett Packard developed all their signal generators, and there were no electronic stores, so he got a broadcast band, or a broadcast radio station vacuum tube, and he got a high voltage power supply and he assembled his generator. And he could tune across a very limited number of frequencies. He could go from roughly 100 Hz, and back then they didn’t call it Hz, they called it cycles. He could go from 100 cycles to approximately 3000 cycles, and then his generator was no longer capable of producing an output. But it was adequate for him to do the study that he was doing at that time. Now, after observing these samples under his microscope, then he determined that it was in fact time to test it on people–I mean, that’s why he was doing this. So he would get people that had the same types of cell problem, whatever it happened to be. If he was working with pneumonia, he would get 10 or 15 people that had that problem. If he was working with cancer, he would get 10 or 15 people that had that problem. And he would ask them to join hands in a group, much as we are here, and then the person on each end would grab an electrode of the vacuum tube, which was very high voltage, and the person on the other end of the chain would grab the other electrode. Now, we’re talking about several hundred volts here that these people were grabbing a hold of, but it was conducted around the entire group, so each person was receiving a limited amount of voltage, and not lethal, of course, but the voltage was changing at the rate that was the Mortal Oscillatory Rate, the rate at which that particular problem, if it was breast cancer, it would vibrate at the rate of breast cancer, and cause the entire group to have those particular cells basically explode.
Now the fact is that you might wonder why, if just the cancer cells are destroyed, why wouldn’t other tissue in the body be destroyed as well. But the fact of resonance always pops up to answer that question. Resonance of that cell, its resonant is at the mortal rate. In other words, only that cell will be destroyed by the rate being applied to the entire group. The rest of the cells, the muscle tissue, is not resonant, so therefore, it is not harmed by the frequency being applied. We then can go on further with Rife’s life and work.
He continued his practice and was extremely successful. I mean, he had people by the 1000s that would to his house, come to his office, for treatment, and wait sometimes days, weeks at a time, until he would get a group that would contain enough people with their specific problem so that they could join into this group and have a group treatment. He had to 10 or 15 people so that the electricity wouldn’t be lethal to one or two–something of that nature. So they had to wait. And the powers that be in the medical field at that time just really thought of him treating people without adequate research, and so they started, more or less, coming down on him. They decided, the medical society decided, that they would no longer issue him a license to practice; they took that away. Not longer after, his offices were invaded, they confiscated his equipment. Today, no one knows really where it went–probably destroyed. His notes were scattered. Some people were able to get some of the material. A guy that had worked with him, one of his associates, did get some material–took it into the Midwest, and the work continued.
Rife himself just simply decided that the harassment and the trouble that he was having with the established medical system was just more than he wanted to continue with, so in the very late 30s, just prior to the second World War, he left and went to Australia. He stayed in Australia and did no further work in his field until he died, actually, around 1950 (I’m not sure whether it was 49 or 50, but along in that period of time).
We’re not trying to duplicate Rife’s work because–or Rife’s equipment–because you don’t really want to go back in time to the vacuum tube oscillators and things of that…. We want to refine what he has done, and build on that with the equipment that we have. We have modern technology with integrated circuits now where this small unit here replaces and supersedes by orders of magnitude the numbers of frequency that were available to him. The level that is available now to be applied to different parts of the body, and the way that you can enter the resonant frequencies into the body through light, through electrical impulses, which is sound, of course, but our work now is, and has been since–as a matter of fact, David, you asked me earlier how I got involved in this Rife concept, and I’ll go ahead and answer that–I should have brought it up anyway,
